We take great pride in the quality of our USA-made and Montana-designed products and we want you to be happy with your purchase from WO. If you feel your WO product wasn’t what you expected or is defective, please send it back for a free one-time replacement or refund within 15 days of purchase.
NOTE: this guarantee is for WO Play (Bone and Disc) only. WO Wild is not included.
Please remember: NO dog toy is indestructible. WO Play products are interactive toys, not chew toys. Small bits may be torn off. Please buy the right type and size of toy for your dog, inspect them regularly and do not leave dog unattended with the toy.
Unfortunately, with the amount WO donates to cover 2 meals for orphaned children and widows with each sale, we can't afford to make that donation on returned products. So, when we receive your return, the 2 meals from the original purchase will be deducted from future donations for Widows and Orphans.
How does the Guarantee work?
If you'd like to continue with the return, send an email to returns@supportWO.com indicating the defective product, purchase date, purchase location and a photo of your original purchase receipt.
